Details are as follows:
Date: 29th/30th March 08
Arrival Time: Any time after 9 am
Departing Time: Sunday afternoon sometime
Price: $15 including BBQ

I'm not sure what the number is of this place, but if you Hit boundary rd, is the club house facing the football field. This is the same place as the very last Vlan we held.
Event is BYO, so bring ya nibbleees and drinks, bring your own dinners if need be otherwise I know I'll be ordering Pizza :)
There is a fridge & Kitchen there I believe we can use also. If you attend on sleeping, make sure you bring some stuff for that also. Time to count down the weeks, if there is something that I have missed please inform me, otherwise, hopefully see you all soon

Internet Connection
For those that will read this, and I will try and contact most of you about this. I've been considering a temporary Internet Connection for the Lan, so we could perhaps get outside play or if there's someone you want to talk to via MSN thats sitting across the table from you, then thats fine as well.
Only reason I ask this, because it will increase the cost of the lan, by roughly $5, more people come, then even less, It will be hopefully something like an 8mb connection.
Cost of the Lan at the moment would be $15 each with the Internet connection and including BBQ.
I will be booking the hall this or early next week sometime. I will post up all the relevant information when I do. We have 3 definate people coming up from sydney which is good to see.
If there is anyone wanting to come please let me know so i can put you on the list. Whether its by Mirc, MSN or Email.

Update 4/2/2008
Having spoken to some people with dates, I've come up with the 29th/30th of March. This time is suitable for people from Sydney and the hall seems to be free around this time also.
If anyone has a problem with the date, please contact me. Once I get an ok for the date from majority of people, I will lock it in Eddie and I will post up all the details for the event.
I will try and have more news each week, any questions just email me, otherwise check back for more.

Basically all there is to do is
A: Get more people/interest in people to come.
B: Organise a date thats suitable for all people or at least most.
As there are a few people from sydney, that are wanting to come.. organising a date for this event might be a little harder,
I'm trying to get in touch with as many people as I can, but I only have a limited amount of phone numbers and contacts that I have kept. So if there is anyone that you know, that would like to attend, get them to email me so I can add them to the list.
I'll be in IRC (server) irc.enterthegame (channel) #clanv and on msn (contact below), this might be a good opportunity to get back on there and talk amongst others to perhaps organise a date for this. I will also need to check availability of the hall.
Hall I am wanting to use will be the same hall we did the last vlan in.
Will probably hold a BBQ during the day as well.
